Employment
Participants must be employed (no less than 20 hours/week) and maintain employment throughout their participation in the program. If you are not currently employed, we can help you with your job search.
Participants of the New Life Transitional Program must be at least 18 years of age and have no violent or sexual offenses on their record (background checks will be required upon admittance into the program).
Submit applications by the deadlines below to be considered for the upcoming quarter. Late applications will roll over to the next quarter.

All participants must be clean and sober for a minimum of 6 months before being admitted into the program. This is not a rehabilitation program; however, we will foster an environment of continued recovery to our clients through accountability with community partners so clients can maintain their sobriety.
This program welcomes participants both with and without children. If a participant has children, she is responsible for arranging childcare during scheduled courses, mentoring and counseling sessions. If a participant is pregnant, she must be receiving prenatal care. If she does not have a doctor at the time of acceptance, our program can assist in setting up prenatal care. However, participation will depend on providing proof of care.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from all required appointments, classes and Bible studies. Information on the city bus transit system as well as information on how to obtain a bus pass is available if needed.
Participation in this program is not dependent on marital status. Individuals who are single, divorced or married are all welcome. While the program offers support for relationship challenges, it is not designed to address severe domestic issues.
All prospective participants will be required to submit an application, complete with references. Applicants are not guaranteed admittance into the program, but will be evaluated on their commitment to change, need for assistance and feedback from references.
