Confidentiality
The New Life Transitional Program is dedicated to privacy and confidentiality for every participant of the program. All personnel of New Life Transitional Program, New Life Counseling and Arizona Baptist Children’s Services & Family Ministries are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards of confidentiality and privacy; however, there are some situations which Arizona state laws require us to report:
- When there is reason to believe that a person may seriously hurt themselves and/or others.
- When there are indications that a minor (any person under the age of 18) has been or is being abused or neglected.
- When minors, aged thirteen years old or younger, have been involved in any kind of sexual contact or sexual conduct with any other person.
In addition, the staff working with New Life Transitional Program reserve the right to share all information regarding the participant with the statewide director and supervisory staff of Arizona Baptist Children’s Services & Family Ministries, which has ultimate authority to decide all matters pertaining to the New Life Transitional Program.
